Cameras based on the new USB3.1 Gen1 transmission technology are widely used in the field of machine vision, especially in the industries of 3C, automobile manufacturing, food packaging, pharmacy and printing. The cameras are used to replace human eyes for image capture and processing. But the transmission distance ofUSB3.1 Gen1 standard copper wire is limited. and it will fail after many bends, so it needs to be replaced in time. Moreover, after repeated bending, it will fail and need to be replaced in time.
In order to solve the above two problems, EverProhave launched new generation USB3.1 Gen1 High-Flex Hybrid Active Optical Cable (EPIUH62-A0B3 / EPIUH62-A1B3) with AM-MicroB interface. Adopting BendRobust® special bending-resistant fiber particularly owned by YOFC with multistrand ultra-fine special conductors, bulletproof high-strength nonmetallic strength members and ultra-soft wear-resistant insulating materials makes the whole cable reach high flexibility standard, be flexible and firm. Its length can reach 20 meters, which is four times that of traditional copper wire. Moreover, without adding any relay equipment, it can provide the maximum current of 900mA/5V for camera.
